Helpdesk:
If we haven’t been able to receive the amount for the direct debit, you will receive a letter or email. You will be requested to pay the amount due.
If you don’t transfer the amount due within 14 days, Multicard has the right in accordance with the Terms and Conditions to charge costs for this. At this moment, the administration costs are €4,50. For this, you will receive another letter or email. You then have one remaining term of 14 days to pay the amount due plus the administration costs. If you don’t comply, Multicard will hand over the debt to a debt-recovery agency. They will charge extra costs which will be added to the debt. After handing it over, Multicard will no longer be able to answer your questions on the debt. You can then contact the debt-recovery agency. As long as the debt hasn’t been due, you will not be able to use Topr®.
